In an abundance of caution, SpringFlower is voluntarily recalling these activity toys in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
What is the Hazard?
The Montessori Toy Set contains a teething toy component which violates the teething toy provision of the mandatory standard for children’s toys, posing a choking hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using the Montessori Toy Set, take them away from children, and contact SpringFlower for a replacement component or a full refund.

-Consumers should immediately take the recalled activity toy away from children.
(You will need a camera and scissors to complete your registration. You may wish to register using your phone to upload the required photos.)
-You should then Cut off all the tentacles and take a photo of the cut-up parts.
You will need this photo to register.
You should then take a permanent marker and write the date and your initial on the white airplane shape toy.
Take a second photo of the white airplane shape toy.
-Using this form, upload both photos along with your detailed information to register for a full refund.
We strongly encourage you to follow the directions in this recall.
